Governance

EWASCO has a Board of Directors that is responsible for the overall leadership through provision of oversight and policy guidance. The Board has the responsibility of establishing and maintaining full and effective control over the strategic, financial and operational direction of the Company as well as ensuring compliance to policies and procedures. The Board is made up of 8 directors, two from county government and two from each sub-county of Embu making a total of eight and the Managing Director.
