Managing Director

The MD has the responsibility of ensuring proper and efficient management of the day-to-day operations of EWASCO subject to the directions of the Board. The MD is also responsible for coordinating implementation, monitoring and evaluation of this strategic plan.

Departments

For effective and efficient execution of its mandate, EWASCO has four departments namely:

• Technical Services Department
• Corporate Services Department
• Finance and Commercial Services Department
• Internal Audit Services Department.

Each department is headed by a head of department who reports to the MD.
